Working Principle
stainless steel self-priming  pump is using SUS304,SUS316 or SUS316L stainless steel plate stamping manufacture. Motor is ordinary cast iron motor or explosion proof motor. Can additional SUS304 stainless steel shield. Inlet and outlet is divided into fast spin collar type,internal and external threaded type,flange type and intubation joint type,choose for the buyer. This pump whole design accords with GMP specification requirement,internal and external surface smooth as a mirror,no dead angle,high efficiency energy saving,is accords with green environmental protection product. Widely used for pharmacy,beverage,food,oil,dairy,daily expenses,brewing,environmental protection,water treatment and other trade. 
Feature
<<CIP self-priming pump adopts acid-resisting stainless steel (AISI 316)in valve body which has unique acid and alkali resistance and comply with sanitary requirements for foods.
<<As a positive displacement pump,its features are superior to centrifugal pump since it suction liquid mixed with air or foams and even merely air.It is widely used to suction material with liquid level below the pump,for instance in the milking room,it suctions milk from the milk barrel.It can also be used in automatic CIP cleaning system as return flow pump in cleaning tank.The mechnical sealing is the build-in influx type and the temperature of suctioned material is no higher than 100ºC.
